kamus.net - Just as they say "the most comprehensive Indonesian Online Dictionary" with over 135,000 entries. Very user friendly. Easy to use for both English-Indonesian and Indonesian-English. It would be the best around hands-down, except for the problem it has of occasionally going offline for short periods.

Seasite Indonesian-English - Great Dictionary that not only gives English defintion of Indonesian words, but also give Indonesian defition, usage examples, as well as extra helpful notes. Very handy tool. It may have some problems loading depending on what version of Java your browser uses.
